Steven Universe 3/10 The New Lars

Soooo what did you guys think of this new episode?

I thought it was alright - not one of my favourites. Probably because I'm not super fond of Lars and Sadie.

I am curious what Steven's body jumping power will be beneficial for. Right now I'm not seeing it XD and he's definitely too pure to be Lars.

I would agree,I found the episode to be pretty weak,but thats because I prefer episodes with Steven and the Gems over stuff with the town folk(Greg and Connie being some of the exceptions)

Clearly the body jumping power is just an extension of Steven's ability to interact with others via dreams.Will be interesting to see how far it can go.

I like it.

I wish they dealt more with the mind swap thing on lars' end outside of being asleep. Purely for to hear steven's va act like lars. But, that's just me.

Okay but the highlight of this episode is Onion appearing genuinely disgusted when he sees Steven!Lars.

A good solid 10/10, because we got some backstory with Lars as well as how different he acts when he's with Sadie in private.

I would have wanted some more interaction on Lars in Steven's body, and I wonder if this is an actual power, or if it's some sort of freak(y Friday) accident.

Ok so this episode freaked me out a tad. Like, Steven is still a kid! He might be innocent for his age but giving a mind control type of power to a kid that is INSANELY curious and tends to meddle with stuff he shouldn't? The whole time Steven was in Lars my brain was sending out huge glaring red flags that what was happening was so wrong. Idk it could just be me but I don't think giving him this kind of a power was a good idea :/

I guess we'll see where it leads though, like Garnet said, I honestly have no idea what they intend to do with it
