| So what do you guys think? I think it's very spot on observation about Fusions and who knows maybe would could make similar observation about other fushions?

| This is general analysis of fushions that has a lot of interesting points about looks and I guess sizes of fushions. |

| I don't know. I'm still chalking up Steven and Connie's fusion looking the way it does is because Connie is human and Steven is half human. He's the most human of the gems. He's with a non-gem. It wouldn't make sense for more arms to sprout and whatnot.
The rest of it, I agree with. The more human a fusion looks, the more in sync they are with one another and are a good match to be together.
Though, let's note: fusions of the same gem, don't look different thus far - it only creates a bigger version of the gem, like the Rubies. And it's obvious that not all the Rubies are 100% identical - they think and operate differently. But, they still coming out looking like a perfectly shaped gem, just larger and gemstones placed in areas reflecting the other gems. |

Yes but noticed our Ruby in the Answer episode said cross fusion and fusion with same type gem is different. Same type gems by fusing make themselves into bigger and stronger version while cross fusion creates 'something internally new'

| True true.
It's interesting how you look at Malachite and you can say "bad fusion. bad idea. should not be a fusion." because she looks monstrous. But, so does Alexandrite. I know it goes with the idea of the gems are not in sync, but the Crystal Gems care for each other quite a lot. They have their differences, but they care for each other deeply. Yet, here is Alexandrite. If they're all right and care for one another and respect one another, I wonder why they look so monstrous.
Because I get where everyone is coming from with the more human you look the more perfect the fusion is, and I agree with it. But, as of now the way Garnet talks about fusion, she highlights care and love and respect are all needed to make a good and proper fusion between different types of gems. And the more you lack that, the more monstrous you look. So, what does that mean for Alexandrite?
Does that make sense? |

| It makes
For me Alexandrite is example of even when Perl, Amethyst and Garnet are good friends who trust and respects for each other and they work together well they still have a lot of differences that make Alexandrite unstable as a fusion. The way they think, make choices, what is important for them, view at centenarian things, secrets they don't want to share with others.
As much you can work through differences and be good friends with others and live with them and work with them. However you can't just work out that perfect sync. There is something more to it that hard work and intentions won't just work it out. There is something primal that even if you don't know somebody you can tell right away how well you click with that somebody when you fuse with them.
I mean look at ruby and Sapphire they were right away perfect fusion. Over time they got to know each other better and fall for each other in love. And after around 5000 years their fusion isn't any more perfect. Garnet is just more stabilised in her looks with hair and outfit but the main core of how she looks and works didn't changed since they fused for the first time |

I always figured the strangeness of the fusions came from the different types of gems fusing together and then how many are fusing together cause Alexandrite is 4 gems fusing together, 2 of them being of the "smaller" size. So thatmay have something to do with it. I hope we get more details on like teh whole Gem hierarchy and how fusion works with that in the future. |

| Yeah. But I am also interested how many fusions that involve sapphire have future vision? we know only that Garnet has this gift too but what about other fusions? For example Sugailite Has all 5 eyes: Sardonyx has 4 ezes : And Alexandrite...she..well we don't know how many she has but! We know we don't have eye on her fore head like Garnet or Sugailite. Alexandrite and Sardonyx do not have that 'future vision' eye of Sapphire on foreheads but what does it all means for that gift of seeing Future? Does it disappears when there are three or more different gems involved or not? |
