Oh my, if for whatever reason it did end up being 2 weeks, that'd elicit a pretty long hiatus.

It would be nice to see Centipeedle again,and now that Steven's powers have grown a great deal I could see him making a really good attempt to purify her gem.Though given how the episodes seem to be going I put my money on it being Jasper.

A new character seems unlikely.We are getting to the point of the show where a new character might be a slight detriment at this stage.Peridots Arc has been wrapped up somewhat,but its not really ended.She isn't truly a full member of the Crystal Gems until she gets her star,which I see alot of "and the fanbase rejoiced" going on when that happens.Lapis is back and we are getting to see more of her character.Jasper will inevitably come back and some point and I look forward to that.

A future episode is called Monster Reunion and given the last episode with Centipeedle we saw was called Monster Buddies I could see her making a return here.She has already been established as Steven wanting to eventually try to hep her and she was the first Gem Steven ever bubbled.Her coming back and being healed by Steven would also show how much Steven has grown.If Steven can actually heal corrupted Gems then it may also point to Steven doing something Rose couldn't.Pearl did say at one point that Rose tried to help them,so its likely she didn't have much success.

Don't say that just yet! in a recent interview, Rebecca Sugar mentioned she's excited for a new character come fall (and at the rate CN is going, fall can be earlier or later so I'd say it's more she's excited for a new character to come in the near future).

Saw that earlier.Thats going to be alot of Steven Universe.I mean it IS a whole Season pretty much.Only thing that is bad about it is that this will probably lead to the longest hiatus yet,but honestly?Screw it,bring on the Steven Nuke!
