Predictions (and Hopes) for Too Short to Ride

Alright so we've got a couple of leaks going around now, one with Peridot velcroing a tablet to her wrist and some screenshots of her hugging an inflatable alien.

I'm predicting it's going to be an episode where Steven takes Peridot to Beach City Funland to have fun because Peridot doesn't know what "fun" is (cue Spongebob). Peridot is gonna have fun, probably play some games and win (or steal?) an alien doll. She's gonna want to ride a ride but she (and Steven) are too short to ride! So perhaps she will try and use those paint cans again on her feet. Ooooor....

What are your predictions? Hopes?

I want a SteveDot fusion as well!!

It makes you wonder though if the Crew will really make Peridot Steven's first Gem fusion? I always thought it would be with one of the CGs since they're basically his moms lol. But having it be Peridot would be really cool I think since he's basically taken her on as someone to teach about Earth and their customs, and having her show him a little bit of the Gem world would I think be a nice touch to their development

There's the idea floating around that it wouldn't be a good idea for Steven to fuse with Garnet, Amethyst, or Pearl because of the emotional baggage they all have with Rose Quartz. It would be problematic and make things really difficult for Steven. Like Pearl, for example. Would they make Rainbow Quartz? Would she be addicted to it, maybe even worse than forming Sardonyx, because she can pretend/feel like she is with Rose again? It might be too much for a kids show :x (or maybe not, who knows with the Crewniverse). Peridot or Lapis Lazuli are safer options for Steven as of right now.

Oh man yeah that's a really good point! I am curious to see what exactly his fusions would look like since he has the Rose Quartz gem. It makes me wonder if his looks would go into a fusion with a Gem like they did with Connie, or if the looks of Rose Quartz would take over since that's the Gem side of him.

Oh gosh, could you imagine if Steven and Pearl did end up fusing into Rainbow Quartz? Oh my heart D: (I'm kind of hoping for that now)

It would be really cool to see Steven fuse with a proper gem though. I'm on board with it being Peridot, I think they have a nice bond with eachother without that extra baggage, and also, they are both tiny! I want a tiny fusion, that'd be so cute xD Just imagine this little powerful gem fusion running around everywhere <3
