Steven Universe 3/15 Greg the Babysitter

Alright so, as per usual, this episode has leaked early and here is the place to talk about the episode.

This was a really cute episode! I loved that it was a full on Rose episode and her exploring what it means to be human. She was still learning and so was Greg, really.

Greg was a deadbeat. Tut tut. At least he went and got a job.

BABY SOUR CREAM WAS THE BEST PART OF THE WHOLE EPISODE! His baby voice being his deep, teenager voice was the best decision.

Overall, solid cute episode!

Hey Greg was a good-looking deadbeat.  He wasn;t a jerk about too much of it either.  He was willing too babysit SC with no issues.

Also, Rose was amazing in this, I love these flashback episodes because we get to see more of her and her personality (which so far is VERY pleasant)  

And YES I adored Baby SC, his little "Mehs"  were great.  

Also, loved seeing Greg and Roses relationship....so adorable I love it so much AHHHHHHH!!!!

Rose was as naive as I thought she'd be, and she made being a human sound awesome. Wish I was one

That's a deep-voiced infant for ya. Also, he had a constant lenny face, that kept me laughing.

A good 7/10, 8/10 to be generous. Greg and Rose's relationship was cute, certainly. I do agree that Greg doesn't need to shoehorn a song in every time he tells Steven a story, but it's not terrible.

So another good middle-of-the-road episode.

This was an important episode, I loved it.

I am dead from all the young Greg. A cartoon character has no right being that attractive like seriously

Also, it's incredible to see Rose's point of view on humans sometimes. Like, we wonder why she was so fascinated with humans but then she shares a little bit of why and it really make you think like wow, humans are pretty cool when you look at them from a different perspective and it's just nice to think about. Like, yeah we're finite and small, but like Rose said we have so much opportunity to change ourselves and be who we want to be in our lives and it's incredible.

All in all a very good and cute episode

Baby SC was glorious. I laughed out loud every single time he vocalized. And is no one gonna mention how adorable Vidalia was in this episode?
The thing I love so much about the flashback episodes is how much we learn about Rose each time. She's so far from the perfect person everyone makes her out to be, she's shown to have so much personality and is such an interesting character!

I loved Vidalia in this episode! She was cute and feisty.

Yes, absolutely. I think it makes her a much better character. She is definitely one of my favourite gems for sure.

But there's still sooooo much to learn! Rose, why must you always be so secretive, I want to know more!

Lil Baby Sour Cream was precious and adorable <3

I feel like Rose was kind of jealous that humans have such an ability to change compared to Gems. As she said, they come out of the ground fully formed and knowing what they are and what they are supposed to do, by contrast we humans are ever changing, which like she said, is amazing. 

The strength that she has is amazing, she really seems to be a warrior type.
