Rose Quartz's Steven Universe Rewatch [Eps 1-14]

I'm rewatching Steven Universe with my partner! She has never seen it so she's watching it with me. I figured I could post my thoughts here, sharing what I think and what I notice going through the series again. Might lead to some insight (and probably definitely some nonsense hehe).

So far, I'm finding Steven still as annoying as I originally did in the beginning. He was just a big pain, ruining everything XD and the gems are STILL so nice to him!! Even when he just wrecked it all! XD but he is a sweet boy. My partner was laughing a lot and saying "awww!" a lot when Steven did something sweet/cute.

I still don't like the creepy episodes with Frybo and Catfingers.

I tried really hard to listen to Pearl talk about gem shards, but alas, Steven made it too difficult for me.

So the episode with Meat Beat Mania and Garnet, which reveals her third eye (and hint that she is a fusion) is the episode RIGHT BEFORE the episode introducing us to fusion and Opal. Coincidence? I think not!

I'm also a bit flustered at the fact that Steven didn't do anything with the desert glass. It may be a gem similar to Lapis - a sand/earth controlling gem...
