The Train of Random Thoughts Thread

This is a thread to just post random thoughts that pop into your head (that are appropriate and conform to CGU rules). It doesn't have to be a conversation, which is why I'm not posting in the "Just the Bits!" chat thread. It can lead to conversation, however. It's just a place to get your thoughts out that do not seem to fit anywhere else.

I'll show you by starting us off

I had a dream that I made an underwater themed Steven Universe forum that was a compliment to this forum. It was actually doing pretty alright o.o

I have tried half heartedly. I think I was actually lucid dreaming this morning with my weird water-themed Steven Universe forum dream. Well, sorta. I had some control but not much.

Lucid dreaming is quite hard. My partner claims she can and that's the only sort of dreaming she can do, but for the rest of us, it's quite tricky.

So jealous! Speaking of dreams, is it just me or can I not really control my body in dreams like at all?
It's like I'm not watching move, but my subconscious doing his own thing!
Like why is it that if *I* try to move, I can only control my actual body so is it just me or?? >.<

Like some people apparently confuse dreams for real life and again I don't know if it's just me
but I always know when I'm dreaming it's just that I can't control anything... like at all! o-o

I lucid dream every time I sleep because of my medication. It was fun at first, but it gets tedious. Nightmares when Lucid Dreaming suck.

Yeah I'd probably end up dying in my dreams because I actually have really negative thoughts most of hte time >.<

Random thought: did you know that one of Amethyst's earliest regenerations was a baby orange dinosaur?

Remember the replicator wand that Garnet desetroyed in Onion Trade? Imagine if the Crystal Gems find or have another one which they then use to to make a bunch of clones. The time for fusion comes and we have Stevonnie, Smoky Quartz, Opal, Sardonyx, Alexandrite, and Sugilite side by side. Cool, huh?

it depends on how good you are at what you do if you are really good it will say so in your record and then it will be easier to get a job. things like nationality can sadly also play a role

My job effing sucks lol. I'm hoping to make a career change to basically a teacher in a preschool so-to-speak. That's the best I can put it as an equivalent to US terms. I would like to take that on as a career. I'm gonna write something up for a cover letter with my partner tomorrow (she is a teacher in a preschool) so here's to hoping I'll have something better :S

I'm just all figety cuz I've been sitting around for too long. Now that I have a better timeline for my surgery I can finally make progress on trying to find a job but it's been difficult :/ A lot of the stuff I qualify for requires so much previous experience and it's like I know how to do these things even without 6 years of experience why do you require this -.-
